Made of durable copper and aluminum, the Hydronic Dryer’s heat technology works by heating up a specially formulated, non-toxic and non-hazardous heat transfer fluid with an immersion element (similar to a water heater). The fluid is transferred to a heat exchanger where it is mixed with air. The heated air is then blown into the dryer’s drum. The result is a safer, highly energy efficient dryer, that dries faster than any other brand available on the market – up to 41% faster!

The clothes dryer is considered one of the most potentially hazardous appliances in the home. Each year clothes dryer fires cause up to $84.5 million in property damage.

Current clothes dryers utilize a combustible or flammable heat source. Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or venting system. Lint build-up restricts proper air flow which causes the dryer to run hot, easily igniting accumulated lint particles. Fires can also occur due to lack of maintenance, mechanical and/or electrical failure, placing improper materials into the machine, and insufficient airflow due to improper installation.
